Once we entered the restaurant, we were promptly greeted by our host and asked to visit the bathroom to wash our hands to comply with their own COVID protocols. The cornmeal crusted calamari, fried rather crispy, is served with fried peppers, lemon wedges, and a version of a remoulade dipping sauce. The Red Snapper Sandwich is a beautifully grilled fillet served on a baguette with a house-made smoked tartar sauce, tomato, and lettuce. Terry’s burger was served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, a fried egg cooked to order, and a Salsa Verde Hollandaise.

Hang out in the newly renovated Rooftop that features a food cart and fabulous views or eat dinner at one of the Top 25 restaurants in the city, Tiny Lou’s. Enjoy city view from the 94 accommodations, which range from standard guest rooms to cool bunk-bed rooms. Amenities included free Wi-Fi, free morning coffee or tea in the lobby cafe, Cafe Claudia, and access to books, playing cards, and board games in the Library. Give us the lowdown on the F&B. While Lincoln City, Oregon is a popular tourist spot it’s also a city with many miles of beach, separated into several different beaches with wide expanses that allow visitors to enjoy the waves and surf while staying far from each other. The Lincoln City Outlets were largely open with protocols setting limits to how many people were allowed in a store at one time and masks are required. If you can find condo’s or townhomes that are out of the city limits or between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay our between Newport and Depoe Bay chances are you’ll find you naturally have less people around you. Downtown Bandon has a small harbor and the little shack restaurants are sooo good, but small and people don’t social distance in a tiny restaurant.

This week’s cocktail is the Yucatán from the Good Spirits Bar onboard the Royal Princess from Princess Cruise Lines. While on our anniversary cruise on one of the LAST cruises before Covid-19 shut down cruising back in February of 2020, we visited the Good Spirits Bar. Well, when I looked at the menu, I saw the Yucatán, and saw that it was made with watermelon and tequila. Have you tried the Yucatán at the Good Spirits Bar onboard the Royal Princess?
