Air fryer potato wedges are the perfect side – seasoned to perfection and made crispy, but still tender, in the air fryer. Y’all know I love my air fryer because it gives you that delicious deep-fried feeling without the work and the calories of actually deep-frying food. Always, always remember to place your air fryer potato wedges in the air fryer basket in one even layer with space between each wedge. Overcrowding or overlapping means the wedges won’t cook evenly because the air can’t circulate like it needs to.

Layers of chicken, ham, and a savory cheese sauce are topped with buttery Panko breadcrumbs, then baked in the oven until warm and bubbly. Add shredded chicken to a casserole dish, then top it with ham, a simple cheese sauce and some Panko breadcrumbs. The Panko breadcrumbs create the perfect buttery, crunchy topping to this chicken cordon bleu casserole. Feel free to use regular breadcrumbs instead of the Panko breadcrumbs, you can also leave the breadcrumbs out altogether.

EXPERT TIP: If you go with a 5, 6, or 7 lb ham, you should have no problem fitting into a 6, 7, 8, or 10-quart slow-cooker. Next, we add even more flavor: 1 cup of pure maple syrup and 1 cup of apple cider. If you can’t find apple cider, then you can just go with regular apple juice, just make sure it’s 100% juice. To make a wonderful sauce to accompany the Slow-Cooker Ham, simply scoop a couple of cups of the cooking liquid after you’ve removed the hame and set is aside.

An easy, delicious and quick dinner idea: baked Ranch Chicken with homemade ranch seasoning mix paired with Green Giant® Veggie Fries®! Most likely the most northern commercial date farm in the state of California – this remote ranch is well worth making the trek out to buy delicious dates (some 1,500 trees and 20 varieties). Actor Matthew Modine’s grandmother, Vonola Modine actually planted the first date palms here in the 1920’s entirely from seed. Today the ranch is open to visitors seven days a week – selling a variety of dates, date shakes and numerous souvenirs and other edibles in the shop. Access is on a dirt road that winds its way through a canyon eventually reaching the ranch and passing some of the date palms.
