Welcome!

This pack is for fellow USA Travel + Lifestyle Bloggers and Influencers who are interested in forming Engagement Groups to help and support each other for growth in social platforms (especially Instagram). Ideally 7K to 20K followers, and committed to interacting with each other and hosting lives and shout outs for/with each other.

Because I am hoping members of this pack will be committed to this goal, we will limit the size of the pack once we reach a manageable number.

  • The Amazing Mighty Mac!

The Mackinac Bridge sits over the Straits of Mackinac, serving as a “separator” between two of our beloved lakes: The Golden Gate bridge sits over the San Francisco bay and connects San Francisco to Marin County, creating easier access to and from SF. A point worth mentioning in favor of the Golden Gate bridge is that it’s pedestrian friendly. In the winter, the Mackinac Bridge looks amazing behind a vastitude of blue ice — a Michigan winter phenomenon.

    DIY Santa Ornament

This DIY Santa Ornament is an easy craft project to make, and will look beautiful on your Christmas tree. clear round Christmas ornaments like the one used in this project are actually quite simple to fill. When it comes to superstitions, it is said that you should take your tree down before midnight on New Year’s Eve, so that you will not have bad luck in the new year. Cut about ½ - ¾ inch piece of washi tape, making sure it is straight on each end.

Chalk of the Town Bunny T-Shirt

Chalk of the Town is a really cool brand that has some hip hoppy shirts for your kids to decorate and enjoy wearing for Easter. You simply pick out your shirt, draw on it with the included chalk markers, wear it with pride, erase, then start all over again! I recommend decorating the shirt at least 15 minutes before wearing it so the chalk dries that way it won’t smudge. When done wearing your shirt first wipe clean the chalkboard design then simply wash the shirt inside out in the washing machine and your kids get to start all over again.

  • What is spring equinox?

We are putting the winter days behind us, waking up to more light, more warmth, new ideas and new dreams. It’s the perfect time to welcome the life force living in your body. As the darkness diminishes and the light increases you may feel a building of imaginative and creative energy, perhaps a lifting of the fog and a dropping of the sleepy blanket that you have been curled up in for the past few months of winter. Just as the world turns on its axis and brings about the return of the light turn after turn, we can rely on the return of our own light & energy and richness of our internal garden.

    Chocolate Covered Wafer Cookies

If you ask me, everything can be better when it’s covered in chocolate, and these chocolate covered wafer cookies are one of my favorite winter treats! These chocolate covered wafer cookies are super easy to make, and call for just 3 ingredients. You’ll start with Voortman Bakery Vanilla Wafers, then dip them in melted chocolate, add some sprinkles, and stick them in the refrigerator for a bit so that the chocolate can set. I like to use Vanilla Wafers from Voortman Bakery in this recipe because they are quality cookies baked fresh in Burlington, Ontario Canada, without any artificial colors or flavors.

Raising Cane’s Makes For Dinner Magic

If everyone can agree on chicken and fries, then you can pick up 25 chicken fingers, fries, and a big gallon jug of lemonade and have dinner ready in minutes! If you have a huge crowd, you can order even more but for a family of 5, 25 chicken fingers left us with leftovers for the next day. Raising Cane’s makes it easy for families to enjoy a meal together, and I think the next time we are looking to get outside and go to the park or for a nature walk, we’ll time it just right to coincide with lunch or dinner. You don’t have to, we ordered right at the drive-thru and only waited a few minutes, but if you think they might be busy and want to call and schedule it, go for it!

Seven Traditional Irish Foods To Taste In Ireland

Whether you will be traveling in Ireland someday or are looking for a hearty stew to serve on St. Patrick’s Day, guest blogger Lianne, who writes about Ireland travel at My Discover Ireland, shares seven traditional Irish foods worth tasting. Recipes vary from home to home in Dublin, but the staple of every coddle remains the same: sausage, bacon (or rashers as it’s called in Ireland), lentils, onion, and potatoes. Try this traditional Irish dish at home with the boxty recipe from Real Irish Food: All seven of the authentic Irish dishes that Lianne shared sound delicious and comforting to me, and I enjoyed the Irish soda bread and Guinness stew that I ate in Ireland.
