  • 9 Amazing Vegetarian Friendly Restaurants in New Orleans

In today’s post I will be sharing some great restaurants that serve delicious vegetarian food in New Orleans! I was so excited to visit The Daily Beet in the Central Business District, but for some reason, I couldn’t find it. This is a place you’ll keep coming back to, and is definitely, in my opinion, one of the best vegetarian friendly restaurants in New Orleans. Thank you so much for reading my guide to delicious vegetarian friendly restaurants in New OrleansAlthough New Orleans may not be the most vegetarian friendly city, there are definitely restaurants with wonderful vegetarian options.

  • How to Spend the Perfect Afternoon in Annapolis, Maryland

In the Historic District you’ll find landmarks like the State House, as well as the William Paca House. The Maryland State House is located in the Historic District of Annapolis, and is a great place to visit! Although it’s a small city, and you can visit many sites in a single afternoon, it’s a lovely place to spend a relaxing weekend. The location of the inn is also fantastic, right in the historic district near tons of shops, bars and restaurants; and just a few blocks from the waterfront.

  • How to Spend 5 Perfect Days in New Orleans

Usually the line at Cafe Beignet locations is shorter than the line at Cafe du Monde, and I definitely recommend checking this place out! Close to Cafe du Monde in the French Quarter, this 5 block long open air market is a fantastic place to visit for yummy food and souvenir shopping. I recommend taking the streetcar from the French Quarter to the Garden District. If you get the opportunity, I also highly recommend listening to Tuba Skinny, an amazing group that plays both on the streets of the French Quarter as well as in venues around the city.

  • The Best Tours and Museums in New Orleans

Tickets are $22 for adults, or $17 for students and seniors, and this also includes a free shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at a ton of different points around the French Quarter. The museum also offers guided tours, which are a great way to learn more about the significance of Voodoo in New Orleans. Tickets are $10 for adults and $9 for students, and the self guided tour takes about 20-30 minutes. Tickets for The Cabildo are $10 for adults or $8 for students, and for The Presbytère are $7 for adults and $6 for students.

  • 5 Destinations Perfect For A Road Trip

Our favourite road trip started in Gretna Green, famous as a destination for people to elope to, followed by a stop off in Glasgow and then up to Loch Lomand via the highest village in Scotland, Wanlockhead and then Fort William and on to, of course, Loch Ness (although unfortunately, we didn’t spot her). With numerous waterfalls and rock formations, the Great Ocean Road is one of the best destinations perfect for a road trip if you are a nature lover. , it would be remiss of us to not include the Yorkshire Dales on a list of destinations perfect for a road trip. Again, if you are a nature lover, the Yorkshire Dales are a great place to take a road trip.
