Highlights

I love the waves, brunch, oysters and sun-kissed afternoons ☀️ #sanfrancisco #SF #visitSF

Life goes on, even when you’re healing. One weekend you’re in Napa at a bucket list winery and the next weekend you’re fighting back tears leaving a Trader Joe’s in a mask because it’s all too much to feel. Some days, it’s trusting in your mustard seed faith to keep you going. 💛 Dress: @lovestitchclothing @nordstrom Bracelet: @francescas Tote: @fabfitfun

Stay ahead this week. Plus, don’t miss a new episode coming on Tuesday!

A new episode is out this week on @thefeedbackcode and a few more great folks coming up this spring that you won’t want to miss ☀️. Hope you’re having a lovely weekend! Ps: this shrimp bowl at @palmpavilion in Clearwater, FL just a few weeks ago was everything. Definitely need to recreate it this weekend 🌊✌🏼 What’s your latest adventure?! 😍

Love when brands like @ipsy show up with a message that leads in love and celebration. ✌🏼🥳

Pitaya Cocktail: rosé, Lavender Kombucha with Green Tea and frozen Pitaya chunks to keep it cool. 😍

“To thine own self be true.” 🤍

🌴Inspo Moment: One of my favorite weekend getaways was cruising to San Diego for a pit stop at Coronado Island. If you haven’t gotten out, a quick visit to @delcoronado to catch this dreamy sunset and hike Torrey Pines for the day is so worth the weekend trip! @southwestair deals... I’m telling you - it’s worth the $59-79 🥳

Windy days and white sand. Such a treat to see everyone since it’s been forever ✌🏼🌴🙏🏼 PS: Happy International Women’s Day to all my gals!

The secret to a non-dairy, gluten-free night 🤍 Egg noodles Meatless Dairy-free pasta 🍝 @gardein @primalkitchenfoods

Real Talk: Glamping vibes 💫 Yup! It was close to 40’s in the evening but then 70’s in the afternoon. So nice! Here’s the skinny about this location in Sonoma: • so close to Healdsburg, CA for wine tasting • free hot showers • heated beds (amazing!) • heaters and chargers in the tent • free owl sounds at 2am 🦉 • easy to park behind the tent • plenty of patio space to see the stars ✨ • fire pits right out front 🔥 • @lacremawines is 25 minutes away • @robertyoungwinery is 10’minutes away • and so many delicious spots to eat like @willisseafood @drycreekkitchen @noblefolk @oakvillegrocerywinemerchant and more in Downtown Healdsburg Totally imagine the spring or early summer nights would feel gorgeous in Sonoma 🍇. ✨Pro Tip: bookmark this so you don’t forget when you’re wondering where to go! 🔖 #sonoma #visitcalifornia #glampingincalifornia #glamping #glampinglife #glamper #adventure #explore

Episode 22: How to Cultivate Grit and Resilience

Bookmark your beach ideas 💡 Oh, how this coast has healed, transformed, and watched me grow over the last decade. If you haven’t heard the latest episode 🎙give a listen to The Feedback Code on @applepodcasts or @spotifypodcasts for all things grit, relationships and resilience. 🌊 I literally could give this spot such a big hug! It’s one of the early places to pull over while the beauty of this coast takes your breath away. Remember, pull over when you can to snap a pic 📸. The option on the two-lane road to “pull a Uey” is less favorable. Your relationship and photo centric self will thank me later for this idea 😉. Planners: I’m super spontaneous and often just “head to the coast” but sometimes people will want a solid game plan. This post is for YOU! Book it. Save it! Bop-it! (Hey 90’s 🙋🏼‍♀️) Below is a list of beaches you can add to your Google Maps for your next NorCal day trip! 💡Tip: when you cruise highway 1, you have to be able to quickly pull off to the sides...This means, no wondering if you can easily “turnaround” for a pic. Also, there’s nothing to really stop and eat unless you’re cruising by Pacifica or Half Moon Bay. Pack a snack, pull over for some beach time when the opportunity strikes and enjoy this amazing space. Pack tip: a classic phrase in California relates to “pack in pack out”...essentially meaning that you’re willing to pack what you’re willing to take back to the car. 🚘 Space: crowds on the North Coast are not as much as a thing as they are elsewhere in Pacifica or in SoCal. Get in early though if you can, especially for Half Moon Bay locations. Some spots are also restrictive simply because of parking availability 🤍✔️. A few easy #norcalbeaches to visit after you head south from #SF: Beaches to stop at: 🌊 Gray Whale State Cove 🌊 Montara State Beach 🌊 Moss Beach 🌊 Baker Beach 🌊 Half Moon Bay 🌊 Surfer’s Beach 🌊Miramar Beach 🌊 Roosevelt Beach 🌊 Dunes Beach Distance: Everythjng is within a 1-2.5 hour adventure, depending on where you’re at in the Bay or Sacramento area. If the ocean waves are calling you for a quick adventure - go for it!

I hope you find joy in the little things. Max was smiling because he knew I had treats and loves being outside. Don’t forget to love the little moments this week 🙋🏼‍♀️🤍

If you’re sitting on the edge of decisions this week, don’t do it alone. Friends are meant to be there in the highs and lows. Mentors are there to mentor. Family is there to support. Let them in and don’t try to conquer your decisions alone. It’s so easy to forget how well they all know you and will remind you who you are. 🎙 A new episode drops this week on my podcast, The Feedback Code. Give a listen if you have 15 minutes today. 😘 📸: @bossybrittany Tip: What to love about this location: whether you want to hike #LandsEndTrail or chill by #OceanBeach for the afternoon in #SF, it’s an easy day trip that only needs to take a morning of your day. I love encouraging people that your day trip doesn’t have to take up your full day! 🌊
