It is the final day of Women’s History Month in which we commemorate and encourage the study, observance and celebration of the vital role of women in American history. So, over a game of scrabble with my mom, I opened up a bottle of sparkling wine to toast all the women and of course, it was a sparkling wine made by women! Sister 2, Rebecca, brings the savvy with over 20 years of experience in the wine industry, including co-founder of Rack & Riddle. Penny is a renowned winemaker with 35 years of experience in sparkling winemaking and was recently named “Winemaker of the Year” by the North Bay Business Journal.

He debuted in 2017 with a series of viral videos in which he sang 90’s R&B covers. The singer’s star rose quickly over the next 4 years as he released a series of singles as well as two EPs. The five song EP brings us into Adrian’s chill Alternative R&B world. The record opens with the title track, a mellow Soul groove with thoughtful and philosophical lyrics.

Adri is the professional name of Adriano Luchetti, or as his fans refer to him “The African King.” Since then he has gone on to release a series of successful singles as well as the 2020 EP “The African King.” His track “Contagious” has been blowing up with fans worldwide on multiple streaming and video platforms. The video for “Contagious” features 2:55 of beautiful people dancing to a very groovy tune.

The veteran rocker made a name for himself fronting popular regional Alternative bands in the late 1990’s and early 2000’s. He sets his psychological examinations to a hard-hitting, guitar-driven Modern Rock sound, defined by a rock solid rhythm section and expert guitar-work. Over a heavy, guitar-driven midtempo groove Davy delivers an emotional performance that incorporates elements of Alternative, Metal and Emo. He is purging the negativity of a toxic relationship, and he’s doing it with radio-ready vocals and some pretty fantastic lead guitar.

Mary Bleeds is a new Alternative Rock band formed in Dublin, Ireland with an alchemical sound that mixes the dark psychological drama of Grunge with Classic Rock psychedelia and a modern Indie aesthetic. As a document of that process, and as a teaser for the upcoming album, the band has released a mesmerizing new live performance video of their song “Seal.” As the band rolls on that ethereal groove, vocalist Guilherme delivers a dark meditation on psychological cruelty and the trauma of growing up in fear of God, religion and the adults responsible for the torment. Ultimately the song builds to an emotional pinnacle as the singer’s story devolves into a Cobain-like repetitive howl of the word, “deprived!

With that track the up and coming Hip-hop artist, also known as James Bussey, introduced us to his chill Southern style and laid back rap technique. With an old-school attitude he delivers a classic Hip-hop technique over beats that combine modern Trap with 90’s Boombap and plenty of 80’s synth sounds. He is the CEO of independent record label, Da-Mind LLC, supporting artists in the thriving Atlanta, Georgia Hip-hop scene. The track features the signature Da-Mind sound, with a chill downtempo beat and classic synths and bass tones.

ghostgirlsimp is the professional name of Yang Shu, an 18 year old producer, songwriter and classical musician from Kobe, Japan. When The Heart Dies” is the latest single from ghostgirlsimp, released worldwide to all major streaming services on March 25, 2021. The track is a mellow Hip-hop tune set to a smooth Chill-hop piano track. When The Heart Dies” is my first song of the hip-hop/rap genre, and the first song I’ve ever put my own voice on.
