    With Spring officially here in Toronto, you can expect to see a ton of Gin cocktail recipes shared on the Liquid Culture platforms. With Royalmount Gin infused with Rose and Cucumber, I highlight this in the Royal Spring Flush Cocktail.     For today, I tried to create something that didn’t use just a “dash” of Licor 43, so I made this Coconut Mint Iced Boozy Cocktail that is hard not to love. Since I still had my bottle of Real’s Cream of Coconut around, I thought it would compliment the flavours going on in this Coconut Mint Boozy Iced Coffee. Choosing your Base Spirit for this Coconut Mint Boozy Iced Coffee I played around with this component for a bit. Since this cocktail has such strong flavours going on, you don’t want a spirit that will hide in this Coconut Mint Boozy Iced Coffee.

  • Coco Rose Lemonade with Fentimans Rose Lemonade

    And with the help of Fentimans Rose Lemonade, it’s pretty easy to dress up a drink for Spring. With its delicate flavours, I decided to combine some of my favourite tropical flavours including Guava and 100% Coconut Water to make this refreshing imbibe. I’m quite picky when it comes to Coconut Water, and if it isn’t 100% the real deal, I don’t want it. Since Coconut Water can easily become drowned out, I use a large ratio of it in this Spirit Free beverage.

Many of you likely don’t know this, but when I was first thrown unto my first bar gig, I didn’t even know how to make a caesar. I felt cool for knowing a cocktail that a lot of my colleagues hadn’t heard about (LOL, sorry, can’t help but laugh thinking that this was my mentality).
