You can fly into the Niagara Falls International Airport, but those in the U.S. might have better luck flying into Buffalo, New York, which is about an hour away from the falls. If you like road trips, it’s a hearty 6-and-a-half hour drive from New York City to Buffalo. When I was a kid in our camper, we zipped across the bridge from the New York side of Niagara Falls to the Canadian side with little fanfare. The boats used to be on both the Canadian and New York sides, but the official Maid of the Mist boats are just boarded on the New York side now.

Some moms put me to shame with the thought, care, and time they put into building their kid’s Easter baskets. In previous years, I’ve just bought baskets, candy, and a bunch of trinkets in a hurried trip to the Dollar Tree. I’m going to order awesome, pre-filled Easter baskets with Amazon Prime and have it arrive on my doorstep, ready to go, in two days. How about one of mom’s summer sun hats for daughter and a make-shift pastel bow-tie for a son?

To make your potato stamps, wash your potatoes off and then cut them in half (either long ways or short ways, depends on how big your cookie cutters are). To make different shaped stamps take a cookie cutter and push it into the flat side of the potato. Once the cookie cutter is wedged inside, take a sharp knife and slice it into the potato until it touches the cookie cutter. Slowly take your knife and cut all the way around the cookie-cutter shape, and remove the excess potato.

I had to add these Bunny Ears to Brooklyn’s basket! In case you’ve been living under a rock, (or just preoccupied with raising kids and doing ALL the things!), skinny jeans are out and mom jeans are IN for 2021. They are comfortable with their bodies and want to feel comfortable in their jeans. Even when I’m above my ideal weight, the look of skinny jeans makes me feel curvy and attractive. Mom jeans make me feel like I’m wearing a burlap sack.

So once spring time comes I love strolling the neighborhood for some fresh air or picking up Calvin from preschool. I love that the height is great enough for Calvin to see his baby brother and check in during our rides together.
