Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Lemon Zucchini Noodles

Delicious and nutritious Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Lemon Zucchini Noodles take only minutes to cook. After all steak bites are cooked, return them to the skillet with some of the butter and turn off the heat, moving the steak around constantly to coat the pieces in butter. In the same skillet over medium heat, add the remaining butter with the shallots and garlic, cooking for 3-5 minutes stirring often to prevent the garlic from burning. Add the zucchini noodles and basil ribbons to the skillet and stir constantly to warm through for about 1-2 minutes.

  • What I Eat in a Day

Since I have shared that I am continuing on my 100 pound weight loss journey, many of you wanted to know what I eat. What I Eat in a Day for Weight Loss: Coffee – 6:30 am Nutpods is the only creamer I use, it is delicious and fits into almost any lifestyle (dairy free, Whole30, Paleo, keto) Meal I made my Sweet Pepper Nachos with Cilantro Lime Greek Yogurt Sauce.

  • Dairy Free Scalloped Potatoes

Place all the ingredients for the cream sauce into your high powered blender (cashews, chicken broth, Nutpods, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and pepper) and blend until smooth and creamy Pour 1/2 cup of the cashew cream sauce into the bottom of the baking dish and layer your onions and potatoes vertically in the dish (as pictured) sprinkle the top with salt, pepper and fresh thyme Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes then uncover and bake another 20 minutes • If you don’t have a high powered blender, you could also use a food processor but I would recommend soaking the cashews in hot water for 15 minutes before hand

  • Gluten-Free Brownies (with hidden spinach)

It also includes my favorite chocolate bar in the world — Cadbury Dairy Milk — and two cups of spinach, which serves to cut the sweetness, add moisture, and force some nutrition into my picky children. Place the spinach in a blender and pour the butter mixture over it. Slowly whisk in the chocolate/butter/spinach mixture. Once blended, slowly add in the sugar, flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.

  • The Best Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Use rubber spatula to fold the wet and dry ingredients together until fully combine and then use a cookie scoop to scoop out dough and roll into a ball. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet (parchment paper or a silicone mat) and then gently press the top of each ball down with the back of a fork (vertical and horizontal) to make the classic criss cross pattern (can sprinkle granulated sugar on top if desired) None Use rubber spatula to fold wet and dry ingredients together until fully combine and then use a cookie scoop to scoop out dough and roll into a ball. Gluten Free Bagels Recipe

There's a full printable recipe card down below, but for the shopping list you'll need the following: I always use the FREEE gluten free white bread flour which is a mixture of rice, potato and tapioca flour. I always use either the Allinson's Easy Bake Yeast or the Dove's Farm Quick Yeast. You can also use the Allinson's Time Saver Yeast, though be aware that you may not need to prove the dough for as long if you use this. It's very important with any gluten free bread-based recipe that you activate the yeast before using it.

  • 4 Things You Need to Know When You’re Losing Weight

Even if you’re losing weight, this doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll be losing fat. In addition to this, your body repairs itself when you’re asleep, so, if you’re working out and doing more exercise, your body will be busy repairing muscle tissue while you’re snoozing. In contrast, making sustainable lifestyle changes might mean that you’re lose weight a little more slowly, but it also increases the likelihood of you maintaining that weight loss. While weight loss can be a good goal to have, particularly if you’re carrying a few extra pounds, focusing on improved health and increased mobility can be a more helpful way to approach your journey.

  • Spotting Mold in Your Bathroom: Is It Normal or Is There a Reason to Worry?

Of course, it is important to realize that most bathrooms are going to have mold because it thrives on moisture. Clean air filters in your home, and do what you can to reduce the humidity inside the home. Unfortunately, it is likely going to be too late before they realize what is going on. If you would like to do a bathroom remodel, you are going to want to hire someone to help.
